Shipping & Pick Up Policies

Shipping:

• Orders over $100 ships FREE, & a flat rate of $8 is charged for orders below $100! 
• Orders ship within 1-3 business days (business days exclude holidays and weekends)
• Your order is automatically shipped to the address provided on your account. I can not reroute packages once they are shipped. Please ensure that your address is up to date before submitting your order - additional shipping charges will occur if your package is sent back to me due to an incorrect address. 
• Identity is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once an item is marked delivered. If your package appears to be lost within USPS, please file a claim or sign up for text alerts for your package. This can sometimes help your package get moving again!

PICKUP: 

• We offer local pick up at our store location, Identity Salon and Spa 205 State Hwy 51, Puxico MO 63960. Orders MUST be picked up within 1 week from the day they are fulfilled.
• If your order is not picked up after 1 week you will recieve a shipping invoice that must be paid within 48 hours. If unpaid, your order will be returned via store credit with a 20% restocking fee if the item is returnable.
• Due to our boutique being located inside a salon and spa our hours are subject to change by appointment times. If you are unsure if we are open please call 573-222-6999 to find out exact hours that day or email us to set a specific pick up day and time.
• Please note that the return window for local pickup orders begins the day you pick up. Thank you!
