Return Policy
I genuinely hope you LOVE your items, but if you don’t..
- Items can be returned within 14 days of shipping. Final sale items are not eligible for a return. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Returns on shipped orders must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date listed on USPS tracking. For local pick up orders, returns are accepted within 14 days of fulfillment.
- Defective items: if you receive a defective item, please notify us at identitysalon.spa@yahoo.com subject line "damage claim" within 3 days of delivery (for shipped orders) or 10 days from fulfillment (for local pickup orders). Claims made after this time period are not guaranteed a credit/replacement.
- Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, all original tags attached, no deodorant/makeup/perfume/pet hair/smoke). If an item is returned not in it’s original condition, it will be returned to you at your expense.
- To initiate a return, please send an email to identitysalon.spa@yahoo.com & include your name/order number, and the item you wish to return. Return address & instructions will be sent to you via email reply after your return is approved. (Local customers are welcome to drop off returns instead of shipping)
- Returns received without email approval: non-returnable items will be shipped back at customers expense. Returnable items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please do not return an item without it being approved. This is in place to prevent you from possibly paying double or triple shipping charges.
- Always follow the care instructions on clothing to ensure your items do not shrink or ruin. I am not responsible for any damages caused by washing or drying items.
- CANCELLATION POLICY. If your order has not yet been processed, and the item is returnable, store credit will be issued if you wish to cancel your order. Final sale items can not be cancelled. If your order is in the "processing" state, it can not be cancelled.
